Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of https://anomalitech.com and to services provided by Anomali Tech. Each project is also governed by its own proposal or statement of work, which takes priority if the two conflict.

Proposals and payment

• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Work begins once the proposal is accepted and the deposit stated in it is paid.
• Remaining payments follow the milestones in the proposal. Late invoices may pause work.
• Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, premium plugins, fonts and stock media are billed separately unless included in the quote.

Scope and revisions

The proposal defines the scope and the number of revision rounds. Requests outside that scope are quoted separately before we do the work.

Your responsibilities

You agree to supply content, feedback and approvals on time and confirm you have the rights to any material you give us. Delays in feedback may move the delivery date.

Ownership

Once paid in full, you own the final deliverables created for you. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, code libraries and know-how, and grant you a perpetual licence to use them as part of your project. Third-party assets remain subject to their own licences.

Portfolio

Unless you ask us not to in writing, we may show the finished work in our portfolio and marketing, and link to the live site.

Warranty and support

We fix defects in our own work reported within 30 days of launch at no cost. Ongoing maintenance, hosting and new features are available on a separate plan.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the project in question, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or data.

Termination

Either party may end a project with written notice. You pay for work completed up to that point, and we hand over the work that has been paid for.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will first be discussed in good faith, then referred to the courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
